The main examples are order details we need to give to our suppliers for products ordered, and data provided to banking or web site support services for purposes of order charging or visitor analysis.
We mostly retain personal data permanently unless requested otherwise, also to be able to provide an efficient and helpful service. This is because customers sometimes return to us many years later and find it helpful for us to be able to identify details of previous orders such as fabrics or sizes. If you wish us to delete this information, please contact us as described below.
